The President of the United States (USA), Donald Trump, confirmed that the president of the Ukrainian regime, Vladimir Zelensky, has low levels of approval among the population of his country. In this context, he stressed the importance of holding presidential elections in Ukraine.

“Well, we have a situation where there have been no elections in Ukraine,” Trump told media from his residence in Mar-a-Lago, in Florida, recalling that Martial Law was imposed in the country. “I'm sorry to say, but your approval rating has fallen to 4%,” he said.

The president stressed that his disappointment is framed in reports of Kiev's dissatisfaction with the talks between Moscow and Washington that took place on February 18 in Saudi Arabia and stressed that “when they want to sit at the (negotiating) table, wouldn't the People of Ukraine have to say that it's been a long time since they had elections?”
