The Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDNNA) and the 48 Popular Self-Government Chambers of Valencia consolidated the Municipal Plan for Comprehensive Protection for Youth through an expanded working table, the Mayor's Office of Valencia reported on its website.

The representative of the La Guacamaya Socialist and Productive Circuit, Ninoska González, stated that the protection of youth represents a shared commitment, since responsibility between the State, the family and the community is the key for every young Valencian to grow up in an environment of law and well-being.

He assured that these actions are aligned with the 7 Great Transformations 2025-2030, in order to strengthen social justice and the well-being of new generations; in addition, the meeting established direct mechanisms of care, prevention and recreation that ensure the full development of minors in all sectors of the capital of Carabobo.

Authorities and spokespersons exchanged proposals to guarantee the right to identification.

This institutional effort defines approaches that facilitate timely legal documentation for each child and adolescent.

The plan also includes a monitoring scheme to ensure compliance with the right to schooling throughout the municipality.
