In his message, he specified that “today we are pleased to have held an excellent working meeting with the Angolan consul, Mr. Mário Simão and his delegation”.

He added that “we were able to make progress in reviewing investment areas, to strengthen the economies of our countries. Grateful to the International Investment Center for their visit.”

The Republic of Angola is one of the world's leading diamond-producing countries and has extensive knowledge of the sector. On this basis, it has provided its support to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, since 2015, in the plan for the development of the diamond mining sector.

Angola is currently carrying out work that will strengthen cooperation with our country, backed by its president, João Lourenç, to promote the industrial and business sector in Venezuela and the leading participation of our nation in the exploitation of raw materials of great economic value.
