Venezuela and Azerbaijan strengthen cooperation in the field of tourism

The Minister of People's Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, held a meeting with the Azerbaijani ambassador to Venezuela, Ruslan Rzayev, with the objective of strengthening strategic cooperation in the tourism sector.

During the meeting, both parties evaluated mechanisms to promote alliances with international tour operators and promote the offer of Venezuelan destinations in international markets.

In addition, the development of joint promotion strategies was proposed to energize the tourism industry and diversify experiences for visitors. In addition, they also analyzed actions aimed at consolidating work routes that favor innovation and the positioning of the country as a tourist destination.

Venezuela and Azerbaijan have maintained diplomatic relations since 1995, which have made it possible to advance cooperation agreements in different areas.

This meeting is part of the policies aimed at strengthening tourism as an economic engine and expanding the country's presence in the international market.
