In compliance with the presidential orientation to incorporate the Seven Transformations (7T) into foreign policy, the Deputy Minister for Asia, the Middle East and Oceania of the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Tatiana Pugh, received in her office this Thursday the ambassador of the People's Republic of China, Lan Hu, with the intention of evaluating the map of possibilities.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister specified that a revision is currently being carried out to incorporate the engines of the first T, referring to economic development, that are more adapted to bilateral relations with China.
He also reiterated that the Venezuelan State maintains its firm decision to increasingly strengthen the “trial and every time” relations that both nations build, especially after the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez to the Presidency of Venezuela; a position that was shared by the Asian Ambassador, who also highlighted the climate of peace and joy that exists in the South American country, with special emphasis on January 10, when the head of state, Nicolás Maduro, was sworn in for a new term presidential.
The diplomats addressed issues of interest at the international level and elaborated on the intense bilateral agenda that is expected to take place in 2025, highlighting the early celebration of the Chinese New Year on January 29.
In addition, they ratified the condemnation of interference in the internal affairs of countries, respect for sovereignty and international law, the absolute rejection of Unilateral Coercive Measures and the various aggressions by the United States and its allies against the integrity of the peoples and countries of the world.
