Venezuela and China review joint economic agenda

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, met this Monday with the ambassador of the People's Republic of China, La Hu, to review the bilateral agenda in economic and commercial matters.
Cooperation between Caracas and Beijing has registered significant growth in recent years, consolidating the Asian giant as one of Venezuela's main trading partners.
During the meeting, more than 600 strategic agreements that form part of the bilateral cooperation map were reviewed. In addition, the role of the BRICS in global energy and economic transformation was discussed, where the importance of this group in promoting a new world economic order, of which China is a founding member, was highlighted, according to a press release.
