Venezuela and China strengthen trade cooperation for the development of peoples

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, met this Monday in Caracas with the Deputy Minister of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Wang Shouwen, to strengthen brotherly relations between the two countries.

“On behalf of Pdte. @NicolasMaduro we received Mr. Wang Shouwen, China's International Trade Representative, with whom we held a fruitful working meeting in which we reaffirmed our ties of friendship and cooperation for the development of both peoples,” Rodríguez said through his account on the social network X.

Economic and commercial cooperation between Venezuela and China exceeds 600 strategic agreements in various areas fundamental to development.

The meeting was also attended by the Sectorial Vice President of Economy, José Félix Rivas, and the Minister for Agriculture and Lands, Wilmar Castro Soteldo.
