Venezuela and Mali review bilateral cooperation relations

El Chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil, held a telephone meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Mali, Abdoulaye Diop.
A through the Telegram channel , Gil described the call as “constructive” and added that it addressed 'the political and social conjuncture in both countries, as well as the common challenges we face in the current regional and international context'.
“We also talked about the situation of the Confederation of Sahel States and its evolution, stressing the importance of dialogue, cooperation and respect for the sovereignty of States,” he wrote.
Por for his part, Foreign Minister Diop expressed Mali's full solidarity with the people and Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the face of the aggressions it suffers, reaffirming his rejection of all forms of external interference.
