Venezuela and Qatar strengthen cooperation ties to advance joint projects

The president of the International Center for Productive Investment (CIIP), Alex Saab, reported on the working meeting he held with the ambassador of the State of Qatar in Venezuela, Rashid Mohsin A. Fetais, with the objective of continuing to strengthen ties between the two nations, as well as forging a path towards a more prosperous future.

In his account on the social network X, Saab stated that “we were able to discuss the progress of joint projects of great interest to both nations”.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the State of Qatar established diplomatic relations on May 24, 1973. Currently, they have 51 years of fruitful and close ties of friendship and cooperation, which have been promoted over the past two decades, particularly in energy and gas matters.
