Venezuela and Spain will strengthen ties in cultural matters

The Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, reported that he held a meeting with the new Spanish ambassador to Venezuela, Álvaro Albacete Perea, with the purpose of strengthening and strengthening ties in cultural matters.

“Today I had the pleasure of receiving at the Casona Cultural Aquiles Nazoa the new ambassador of Spain in Venezuela, Álvaro Albacete Perea, who presented Credentials to President Nicolás Maduro last December. The diplomat comes from exercising high responsibilities in the Ministry of Culture of his country, which augurs good times for the development of cultural relations,” he said through his account on the social network Instagram.

In that regard, he reaffirmed that they expect relations to be enhanced within the framework of respect and to be beneficial to both nations.

He noted that during the meeting, which was also attended by the Spanish Cultural Councillor, Pedro Martínez-Avial, he presented Albacete with a chinchorro de moriche made by our Venezuelan indigenous brothers.
