Venezuela and the United Arab Emirates are moving closer to a new phase of energy relationship

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting this Tuesday with a special envoy of the President of the United Arab Emirates, at the Miraflores Complex, in Caracas.

The activity, which is added to an agenda of meetings with diplomats from different nations that took place this week at the headquarters of the National Executive, is part of the efforts of the Bolivarian Government to consolidate relations within the framework of Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace and respect for International Law.

Abu Dhabi's special envoy took advantage of the meeting to communicate a message of unity, cooperation and mutual support on the part of the Government and the Emirati people.

On behalf of Caracas, the event was joined by the sectoral vice-president of Economy, Calixto Ortega; the Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, and the Minister of Popular Power for Ecological Mining Development, Héctor Silva.

Finally, it became known that both States evaluated investment options in different areas of production in Venezuela, with a view to strengthening diplomatic relations that date back more than 50 years. In addition, joint projects were promoted for the progress and well-being of both peoples.
