Venezuela and United Arab Emirates strengthen bilateral relationship

Venezuela and the United Arab Emirates strengthen their bilateral relations during the meeting between the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, and the Emirati special envoy, His Excellency Ali Mohamed Hamad Al Shansi.

Rodríguez reported that, during the meeting, he received the official message transmitted by the Government of the Arab nation.

“We received the Special Envoy of His Highness the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Excellency Ali Mohamed Hamad Al Shansi, the message of solidarity and cooperation for Venezuela, in a meeting with the purpose of strengthening our bilateral relationship and investment opportunities, for the development and well-being of both Peoples,” he said.

The president in charge emphasized that both delegations examined areas of cooperation aimed at strengthening productive, energy and technological projects, as well as mechanisms to expand opportunities for joint investment.

Rodríguez reiterated the willingness of the Bolivarian Government to carry out a program of work with the United Arab Emirates based on mutual respect, economic cooperation and the identification of strategic sectors for the development of both nations.
