The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, during the 215th anniversary of the Cry of Independence, extended congratulations to the Government and the people of Mexico regarding this homeland date.
“With great joy, we had the honor of accompanying the Mexican ambassador to Venezuela, Leopoldo de Gyvés de la Cruz, on the 215th anniversary of the Cry of Independence, which began the war in 1810 and marked the beginning of Mexico's independence process,” the Foreign Minister wrote on his telegram account.
He added, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, and reiterated the sincerest congratulations to the Government and the people of Mexico on this significant day of sovereignty, national pride and celebration.
