This Wednesday, December 17, at the National Pantheon in Caracas, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, accompanied by the Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, and other national authorities made a floral offering to the Father of the Fatherland, Simon Bolivar, to commemorate 195 years since the passage to his immortality.
