More than one million students are part of the National Scientific Seedbeds Program, said the Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, through his Telegram channel.

The minister noted that this milestone confirms the progress of an educational policy that promotes new capacities from the classroom and strengthens scientific training throughout the country.

He indicated that, through the Great Mission Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán, programs are developed aimed at studying engineering, astronomy, robotics, nanotechnology and other strategic areas.

Rodríguez highlighted that boys, girls and young people have participated in more than 100 competitions outside the country, where they obtained 75 international awards.

He stated that these results reflect the commitment of educational communities and the scope of initiatives that promote early vocations.

The minister reiterated that the Bolivarian Government will continue to expand learning and support spaces to consolidate the national scientific hotbed.
