Venezuela expressed solidarity with Brazil after a plane crash that left 62 fatalities

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expressed, through an official statement, its solidarity with the brother People of Brazil, following the unfortunate accident of the aircraft belonging to the Voeppass Linhas Aéreas airline, which occurred last Friday, August 9th in the city of Vinhedo, Sao Paulo, in which 62 people lost their lives.

Below is the full text of the statement:

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses its solidarity with the brotherly people of Brazil, following the unfortunate accident of the aircraft belonging to the Voeppass Linhas Aéreas airline, which occurred on the afternoon of Friday, August 9th in the city of Vinhedo, Sao Paulo, with 62 people on board.

On this mournful occasion, Venezuela expresses its words of support and deep solidarity with the families and loved ones of the victims and encourages those who carry out rescue tasks in these tragic circumstances. We also join in the deep grief that grieves the family and friends of Joslan Pérez, Josgledys González and María Parra; Venezuelan family; who were on board the aircraft.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela joins the mourning of the noble Brazilian people, who with great strength and integrity face this unfortunate accident that mourns that sister nation.
