Venezuela has almost 90 places guaranteed for the Asunción 2025 Junior Pan American Games

A total of 89 places are guaranteed in Venezuela for the Asunción 2025 Junior Pan American Games, which will take place from August 9 to 23 in Asunción, Paraguay.

Elite track cycling took hold of six places (three women's and three men's).

Also in this sport, but in its BMX racing modality, two places were added, one male and one female.

On the other hand, in Creole badminton, which already had two places guaranteed, after a resignation, it now has four tickets (two per section).

Meanwhile, the triathlon team added four more tickets.

These claimed places in cycling, badminton and triathlon are called country quotas. It will now be up to the respective national federation of each sport to designate the junior athletes who will represent Venezuela in Asunción.

It should be noted that Venezuelan wrestling is the discipline with the most Venezuelan athletes qualified so far, with a total of 15 places.

The last 15 days were decisive for Venezuelans, managing to win 27 places.

There are still no qualifiers, so the Venezuelan national team could reach 100 places.
