With a view to strengthening economic cooperation, the X Meeting of the High-Level Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between Venezuela and Iran began this Monday.

In this regard, Foreign Minister Yván Gil, in statements given to the social media and replicated by the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, specified that the main objective of this meeting is to further strengthen economic cooperation between the two nations.

He pointed out that the Government of Venezuela has signed 298 agreements in various areas, such as technology, science, agriculture, education and culture.
