Venezuela: Israel's “cowardly attack” against Qatar's sovereignty and territorial integrity

The Government of Venezuela rejected on Tuesday the cowardly
attack perpetrated by the Zionist regime of Israel against the team that sought to
negotiate a peace agreement and ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and against the
sovereignty and territorial integrity of the State of Qatar.
“Venezuela demands an immediate cessation of these crimes and that
those responsible be brought to international justice. We
categorically reject any action that threatens the peace and security of the
peoples of Western Asia,” said a statement released by Foreign Minister
Yván Gil on his social networks.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela strongly condemns
the cowardly attack of the Netanyahu regime against the sovereignty and territorial integrity
of the State of Qatar. This aggression constitutes an act
of State terrorism, a flagrant violation of international law and a challenge to the
principles of peaceful coexistence between nations.
The attack on the negotiating team that sought a
ceasefire in Gaza demonstrates, once again, the true nature of the
Zionist enclave: far from seeking peace, it persists in violence and regional destabilization.
Venezuela demands an immediate cessation of these crimes and that
those responsible be brought to international justice. We
categorically reject any action that threatens the peace and security of the
peoples of Western Asia.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela reaffirms its
commitment to peace, the self-determination of peoples and the defense of international law.
