Venezuela obtains outstanding participation in the Santa Susanna Bodybuilding World Championship

The Venezuelan delegation shone at the 2025 World Fitness Championships — Santa Susanna, held in Barcelona, Spain from November 13 to 17.

At the event, which brought together more than 1,000 athletes from 85 countries, the Venezuelan Ronney Boutto Chirino stood out, who won first place in Classic Bodybuilding.

The young fitness and bodybuilding athlete has just become champion in the 50th edition of the South American Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship held in Quito, Ecuador in September, where he won three gold and one silver medals.

Hernán Álvarez, who took second place in Classic Bodybuilding, also performed excellently in the competition. For his part, José Mazaira, won third place in Mens Physique.

Representing Venezuelan athletes, Alexandra Santos had an outstanding participation in the event, ranking sixth in the Artistic Fitness category.

The participation of the Venezuelan delegation was accompanied by the Venezuelan Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, headed by its president, Professor Adolfo Martínez.
