Venezuela participates in CIFTIS 2025 in Beijing for cooperation in trade in services

The Minister of the People's Power of Foreign Trade, Coromoto Godoy, led the Venezuelan delegation attending the inauguration of CIFTIS 2025, which is taking place in Beijing, China, a space that connects international cooperation for investment and trade in services.

During the opening day, Minister Godoy greeted the Vice Prime Minister of China, Ding Xuexiang, to whom she conveyed Venezuela's commitment to the decision of President Nicolás Maduro to join the Global Governance Initiative, proposed by President Xi Jinping.

At the opening of the fair, China's Minister of Commerce, Wang Wentao, highlighted the growing importance of trade in services in the global economy. For his part, President Xi Jinping sent a message stressing his country's commitment to strengthening cooperation in this sector.

Venezuela's participation in CIFTIS 2025 reaffirms the All-Time Trial Alliance between the two countries, making progress in consolidating trade relations and mutual cooperation.
