Venezuela participates in the International Documentary Noida 2024 in India

A delegation from the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela was present at the Festival organized by the International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry and the International Journalism Center of India.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the activity took place in the spaces of Marwah Studios Complex in Delhi, the diplomatic representation team indicated through its social networks.

During the festival, 24 documentaries from 14 countries were presented. In the case of Venezuela, two productions were released, the “Offering of the Shadow” and “Plowing in Memory”.

The “Shadow Offering” is a Venezuelan documentary directed by Antonio García, under the artistic direction of Juan Carlos Linares and the production of José Antonio Varela, which narrates the experiential experience of a group of Venezuelan dancers and actors who are rethinking the way they understand and understand each other with their corporality, using the Japanese Bhuto dance.
