Venezuela presented investment catalog and commercial alliance in Colombia

These actions seek to position Venezuela as a competitive destination in the international market

The tourist and commercial offer of Venezuela is positioned before international businessmen and investors during the Macro-Round of the Americas, which takes place in Bogotá, Colombia, as one of the main business spaces in the region.

The Venezuelan delegation, made up of representatives of the ministries of Foreign Trade and Tourism, together with the Country Brand, participated in this meeting, which brings together delegations from more than 60 countries to promote alliances in exports, investment and tourism.

As part of the event, Venezuelan authorities are holding meetings with institutional representatives and representatives of the Colombian tourism sector to strengthen cooperation and promote the exchange of visitors.

In addition, the Venezuelan delegation met with Jorge Jiménez, Commercial Vice President of Wingo; and Simon May a, Marketing Director of this international airline, to evaluate the expansion of the B frequency Ogotá-Caracas, Medellín-Caracas, Bogotá-Nueva Esparta, Medellín-Nueva Esparta.

The work agenda also included a meeting with José Alejandro Dávila, Vice President of Tourism at ProColombia; and Carlos Luna, representative of ProColombia in Venezuela, since participation in the Chain Wheel is expected to take place in the month of May in the state of Nueva Esparta.

This is how the Bolivarian Government of President (E) Delcy Rodríguez, together with Minister Daniella Cabello, reaffirm the commitment of the State and the business sector to continue betting on the Venezuelan power.
