Venezuela presents a country's vision of entrepreneurship in Seoul

The Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Seoul responded to the invitation of the PEN Trade & Technology Association and made a presentation at the annual event on entrepreneurship, entitled this year “World Symposium on Public Entrepreneurship”, held this Tuesday, April 8.
In the presentation, the head of the Venezuelan Mission in the Republic of Korea, Isabel Di Carlo Quero, spoke about the national proposal implemented since the approval of the Constitutional Anti-Blockade Law (2020), which contemplated the diversification of the economy with various sectors and/or economic engines, explaining how Venezuela becomes the country with thousands of opportunities for investment and innovation, agreeing on the importance of creating a space global cooperation for enterprises, based on the exchange of experiences, knowledge and the technological aspect that is key.
He also referred to the International Congress of Entrepreneurs, to be held in Caracas between April 23 and 25, with the purpose of supporting the strengthening of the National Program “Entrepreneurship Together”, which has led the country to have a positive weighting in the TEA index, which deals with the development of entrepreneurship.
Among the attending embassies, such as those of India, Vietnam and Türkiye, among others, the advances and levels in terms of entrepreneurship were announced.
On the Korean side, the solid support of entrepreneurship was expressed with technology, university and institutional centers, such as the Innovation Center for the Creative Economy, which functions as an “accelerator”, in addition to having the Ministry for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
