Below is the full text of the document:

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses to Brother Pueblo and the Honorable Government of the Republic of Angola its sincerest joy and congratulations on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its National Independence.

On this date of profound historical significance, we pay tribute to the Angolan men and women who, with unwavering courage, fought for their emancipation in the face of Portuguese colonialism, from heroic February 4, 1961 to the definitive victory of November 11, 1975. Angola stands today as a beacon of dignity and determination for the peoples of the Global South, and Venezuela honors the imperishable legacy of Dr. Agostinho Neto, who with love and patriotic commitment guided the construction of a sovereign and thriving nation.

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, extends a fraternal and warm greeting to His Excellency President João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, confirming his willingness to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation that unite both countries, based on shared ideals of sovereignty, social justice and self-determination.

In reiterating its sincerest wishes for peace, stability and development of the brotherly Angolan people, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela reaffirms its commitment to continue moving forward together for the prosperity of our nations and for the construction of a multicentric, multipolar and just world.
