The Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, reported through her Telegram channel that Venezuela received scientists from Mexico and Brazil to analyze the challenges linked to digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence.

Jiménez explained that the exchange takes place along lines of work aimed at social computing that incorporates communities, peasants, young people and women into the technological processes of the region.

During the day, delegations from Mexico and Brazil shared experiences and approaches, while Venezuela presented advances and actions aimed at strengthening a scientific model that contributes to well-being and social organization.

The minister pointed out that these initiatives are part of the agenda she is promoting together with the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, with the purpose of consolidating an open and sovereign science scheme.
