Through his Telegram channel, the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, reported that he received a message of solidarity from Chad, a Central African country, after the military aggression ordered by Donald Trump.
“We continue to denounce the imperialist aggression against Venezuela and receive messages of support and solidarity from various nations. I had the opportunity to speak with the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of Chad, Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul,” the foreign minister wrote.
He also stressed that they would work together to defend the Charter of the United Nations (UN) and the inalienable right of peoples to peace and full sovereignty. “Venezuela is a free and sovereign country, and that is the message that resonates in the world,” Gil wrote.
