Venezuela sends message of solidarity to Indonesia after strong earthquake

This Saturday, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Félix Plasencia González, expressed Venezuela's concern after the strong 7.7 magnitude earthquake recorded in Indonesia, which has caused fatalities and serious material damage.
From his social networks, the foreign minister, on behalf of the Venezuelan Executive, transmitted solidarity to the people and Government of Indonesia, while extending the sincerest condolences to the families of the victims and wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured, details a press release from the ministry.
The strong earthquake shook the Flores Sea, off the eastern coast of the homonymous island, with an epicenter 68 kilometers north-northwest of the city of Ende, in the province of East Nusa Tenggara.
To date, more than 20 people have been reported dead, dozens injured and people still trapped under the rubble.
