Venezuela thanks the UN Human Rights Rapporteur for his rejection of the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro

Venezuela thanks the Rapporteur for Human Rights of the United Nations (UN), Ben Saul, for his strong message of condemnation for the illegal and criminal kidnapping of the Constitutional President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and the first female combatant, Cilia Flores.

This was reported by the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, in his account on the social network Telegram, in which he stressed that Saul also condemned “the criminal bombings perpetrated against our Homeland”.

“The Trump administration must be held to account for its actions, which constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity,” he emphasized.
