From November 5 to 7, the VII Venezuelan Stem Cell Congress will be held, an event during which research in the field of regenerative medicine will be presented. The activity is organized by the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Fund for Science.
The director of the Center for Regenerative Medicine of the IVIC, José Cardier, indicated that 30 conferences will be held by Venezuelan and foreign specialists. The presentations will address the procedures applied in the country and in other regions, including techniques for the restoration of dental, bone, skin and eye tissues.
Cardier specified that results have been obtained in pediatric patients with extensive skin lesions and that advances are being made in treatments for the cornea and retina. He invited you to consult the Center's digital channels to formalize your registration and make inquiries through the email address [email protected].
