Venezuelan and Vietnamese youth strengthened ties of cooperation and friendship

Youth representatives from Venezuela and Vietnam held a bilateral meeting that took place at the Antonio José de Sucre International Youth Leadership School, with the purpose of continuing to strengthen ties of cooperation and friendship.

The high-level delegation of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union was headed by the Secretary of the National Committee and President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Nguyen Toung Lam; on the Venezuelan side, the Secretary General of Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Grecia Colmenares, according to a note from the PSUV.

“We want to convey to Vietnamese youth the solidarity of Venezuelan youth, admiration, respect and every willingness to continue moving forward together and together,” said Colmenares during the tour that the Vietnamese delegation took through the school spaces.

They also participated in the discussion on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of Vietnam. In addition , they inaugurated a photographic exhibition that details the 35 years of bilateral relationship between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

During the meeting, the parties raised points of interest in ideological matters, entrepreneurship and digital tools.
