Venezuelan communal company offers formulas for agriculture at Havana International Fair

For Venezuelan agronomist Jesús Pizarro, doctor in soil biology from the Direct Social Property Company PASA, participating in the XLI International Fair of Havana (FIHAV 2025) is an opportunity to bring to a sister land like Cuba a social and productive contribution to promote food sovereignty and agricultural production.

Exclusively for the Cuban News Agency, the representative of that entity of the Fabricio Vive Commune, of the Frabicio Ojeda endogenous development center, founded by Commander Hugo Chávez in Caracas, explained that he wants to make available to the largest of the Antilles four formulas of organic origin for soil treatment and the increase of agricultural yields.

He specified that the first product is a liquid aimed at controlling the degree of acidity or alkalinity (pH) of soils, and thus facilitating the recovery of biota as one of the fundamental elements for the vitality and protection of crops.

Secondly, he clarified, it offers the Masuelo liquid formula, which is applied as a fertilizer containing nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K); (NPK), in order to replace other synthetic products manufactured by the petrochemical industry with totally organic components, friendly to the environment and that do not harm soils, hands or skin.

He specified that this makes it possible to increase yields and crop quality, for example, with corn, there is an average in Venezuela of four tons (t) per hectare (ha), these products allow that yield to be doubled or tripled and indicates that more food would be available, with a healthy method for consumption.

Then, he added, there is the so-called Centaurus III, which is the concentration of four hormones, necessary for agricultural production, which enable rooting, germination in the shortest term, development, texture, color, smell, weight and flavor of the fruit or vegetable, with an innovative method that uses sterile organic processes of domestic production, thus reducing imports.

Finally, of the four proposals, is the formula called Broca 5, aimed precisely at controlling the coffee borer, one of the biggest pests for that ruble in Latin America, and they managed to scientifically demonstrate that the formula controls this pest without eliminating other insects necessary for the development of the plant and in turn controls nematodes, mites, beetles and other flying arthropods.

In this way, he highlighted the privilege of transferring these projects to Cuba to settle the debt with Commanders Fidel Castro and Hugo Chávez, who dreamed of an eternal pact between the two peoples.

We have carried out these investigations thinking first of humanity and second, of our historical friends who will be so forever: we are not going to let Cuban agriculture decline due to climate problems or the effects of the American blockade or the scarcity of resources; we trust that Cuba's agricultural culture can be self-sustainable and that, with characteristic solidarity, it can also contribute to the solution of these food problems in many of the neighboring islands of the region, he concluded.
