Venezuelan Jean Aranguren scored 35 points in NCAA Division 1

Jean-Aranguren scored 35 points although he couldn't avoid the setback of his team, Hofstra (77-68) against Northeastern Huskies in the NCAA Division 1 of the United States.

Aranguren, 21, left 35 points and 10 rebounds to complete his sixth double-double this season on the university boards. In addition to that, he had a couple of assists, a block, a recovery, 9/13 in field shots, three three-pointers in four attempts and 14/18 in free throws.

The Carabobo native has 15 points per game, 5.9 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 41.3% pitch in 24 games played.
