Venezuelan Mining Corporation advances in the recovery of the church in El Callao

The Venezuelan Mining Corporation (CVM) is making progress in the comprehensive maintenance of the Nuestra Señora del Carmen church, located in El Callao, with the support of the national government and as part of actions aimed at strengthening community spaces.

The project is being implemented in conjunction with the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecological Mining Development, led by Minister Héctor Silva, and with the support of the governor of the state of Bolívar, Yulisbeth García.

In the temple, work is carried out to recover and improve infrastructure, application of paint in internal and external areas, corrective maintenance, replacement of air conditioning components, adaptation of electrical circuits, replacement of the drinking water distribution system, as well as cleaning and weeding of green areas.

These actions are part of the CVM's institutional commitment to strengthening public spaces and supporting social organizations in the region, with the objective of improving the conditions of the religious site and its environment.
