Venezuelan people unite in defense of migrants treated as criminals in El Salvador (+testimonies)

This Tuesday, during the great mobilization in defense of migrants, called by the National Government, relatives of the 230 young people attacked by the hostile policies of the United States (USA) and sent to a maximum security prison in El Salvador, took to the streets of Caracas with the People to demand their freedom.
Ydalis Chirino, mother of Keyber Peñaloza, a Venezuelan citizen arrested by the U.S. government, deported to El Salvador, accused of being part of the criminal gang El Tren de Aragua, stated that “I feel strong because I know that our boys are going to be returned to us, we are a united family, we are not criminals”.
In this regard, the patriot Chirino reaffirmed her trust in the National Government for the return of compatriots “thanks to our president Nicolás Maduro because I know he will not disappoint us,” she said.
Likewise, María Chirino, Keyber Peñaloza's aunt, said that the young man was arrested by the U.S. government while they were recording a music video. “I was looking for a better future and they treat it like a criminal. This is a humiliation for all Venezuelans,” he stressed.
Francis Rodríguez, a young militant, assured that influencers play a serious role against compatriots, in this regard he said: “I ask that you come out and reject the mistreatment of Venezuelans kidnapped in El Salvador”
From Avenida Universidad de Caracas, Diexi Moreno, assured that “migrating is not a crime, it is a crime to punish and that is what some leaders who act in the best Nazi style do. We demand that they return the Venezuelans to us, workers are honest people.”
