Venezuelan rowing won a silver medal in the eight-man race with mixed short paddles (8+), at the Santo Domingo 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games.
The Creole boat scored an outstanding performance on the water, crossing the finish line with an official time of 6:43.79 to take second place on the podium with authority
The team consisted of Naomi Suazo, Yendris Vásquez, Francis Chacín, Zairet Rolls, Jakson Vicent, André Mora, Jonás Dia and Jaime Machado, strategically guided by Keyla García in the role of helmsman
