Venezuelan table tennis couple wins tournament champion in Türkiye

Dakota Ferrer and Jesús Vargas, Venezuelan tennis players, were crowned champions in the mixed doubles category U19 of the WTT Youth Contender Cappadocia 2025, in Türkiye, by beating the duo representing India with 3-0.

The Criollos began their journey in this competition with victories in each of their individual categories. Then, the Venezuelan couple continued their progress in each phase of the mixed doubles until they signed the victory.

For his part, Jonathan Vegas, is still competing in the U19 men's individual category and will face the Venezuelan Jesús Vargas for the quarterfinals, this Saturday.
