Vice President Rodríguez: 204 years after the Battle of Carabobo, Venezuela still has a Homeland

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led the events that are taking place in the country on the occasion of the commemoration of the anniversary of the Battle of Carabobo, an opportunity in which she assured that “204 years after the feat, Venezuela still has a homeland”.
In her words, Vice President Rodríguez explained that “204 years later the People of Venezuela, the Venezuelan youth, the Army, our Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB), in a perfect civic-military union, are following the march of our father of Bolivar, following the march of our heroes, of our heroines, to consolidate national independence and guarantee the future of Venezuela in freedom and independence and as he said so our Commander Hugo Chávez, having a Homeland”.
The event was attended by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez; the Social and Territorial Sectorial Vice President, Héctor Rodríguez; the Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace and Minister of the People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, among other personalities. More than 13,800 members of the FANB are participating in the event.
