Vice President Rodríguez: More than 24,000 projects have been funded thanks to the Popular Consultations

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that more than 24,000 projects have been funded by the Bolivarian Government, thanks to popular consultations.

He said that “from 2024 to 2025, almost 24,000 community projects have been funded. And so we are already in a phase of monitoring the execution of the projects, of accompanying the execution of the projects, seeing what role corresponds to the communal circuit, the mayors, the governorates, the ministries. It is a perfect articulation, a perfect circuit of what should be the articulation of popular power with the national government and regional and local governments,” he said.

Rodríguez explained that these projects that the communal circuits have selected in their popular elections have been distributed: 19% are water projects. 12% housing projects, 11% road projects, 11% education projects and the rest of the percentage is aimed at different projects.

For his part, the sectoral vice-president of Social and Territorial Socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, explained that the National Hall of the Popular Government System is a space that is strengthening the leading democracy that is in coordination with all levels of government and, in addition, allows the unification of all levels to the same direction, which is the Plan of the 7 Transformations.
