Vinotinto U17 won for the second consecutive match in the CNAR (+friendly)

The Venezuelan U17 soccer team beat its counterpart from Honduras for the second time in a friendly match played at the National High Performance Center (CNAR).

Vinotinto youth beat the Central American team 1-0, with a goal scored by Ender Albarrán in the 17th minute.

In the first match between the two teams, Venezuela also won, 2-0 with goals from Yerwin Sulbarán and Iván Molina.

Under the command of Oswaldo Vizcarrondo, the Criollos are continuing their preparation for the Under-17 World Cup in Qatar 2026.

From August 18 to 31, the coaching staff and the players will work on exercises and will play four friendly matches (Honduras and Panama).

Both of them have already played against Honduras, now they have 2 friendlies left to play both against Panama, on August 29 and 31 at 6:00pm at the CNAR.

For its part, the Vinotinto U16, led by Jhonny Ferreira, is carrying out a work module in Caracas for a preparatory tournament in Germany.

The Vinotinto U15, led by Marcelo Lamas, will work in Barquisimeto to prepare for the Conmebol U15 Evolution League.
