The “Viva Venezuela Birthday” program brought joy to the boys and girls of the urban planning of Ciudad Lebrún, in the state of Miranda, through the promotion of traditional games.
The activity was accompanied by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, who stressed that this activity brings together all the boys and girls who “had their birthday this month and we celebrate them with cake, music, juggling and a lot of love. It has been a meeting space for communities because children touch the whole family and the entire community.”
He specified that “this activity takes place through the Antonio José de Sucre plan, prepared by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, together with the national promotional team of the Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland, which is replicating these celebrations in 21 spaces in the Sucre municipality.”
Villegas also highlighted that “community promotion teams are being formed in more than five thousand circuits in the country to promote this great mission that has managed to make our traditional Venezuelan music, songs, rhythms and crafts visible in just one year.”
It should be noted that during the activity, gifts were given to birthday people, to encourage the collective participation of citizens. The celebration was organized by the team promoting the Great Mission Viva Venezuela Mi Patria Querida, responsible for offering children a special day every month.
