William Catlstillo: Interpretation of the Constitution orders the office of the Executive Vice President of the Republic

‎El former Minister of Anti-Blockade Policies, William Castillo, supported the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) to appoint Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, as President in Charge of the country, following the military aggression of US imperialism.

‎En in that sense, explained that the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is still Nicolás Maduro, as established by the highest standard.

‎ “The interpretation of the Supreme Court of Justice that has said that the president is still Nicolás Maduro Moros because this situation of a kidnapping of a president, of course, cannot be in any Constitution as a model supposedly of a temporary or absolute absence”.

‎Asimismo, said that the interpretation of articles 234 and 239 of the Constitution “has told him that our country, in this situation of aggression of obvious, notorious, communicational and also feasible public events, because we all live it and all Venezuelans suffer them; it has ordered the office of the executive vice-president of the Republic.”
