The Ministry of Popular Power of
National Commerce, through its dependent body, the Autonomous Intellectual
Property Service (SAPI), held a meeting with 225
entrepreneurs and producers belonging to the Great Venezuela Women's Mission.
The activity was attended by the
councilor and representative of the Great Venezuela Women's Mission in the
Capital District, Astrid Rodríguez, and the deputy Africa Vargas, who highlighted the
value, perseverance and role of Venezuelan women in the construction of the national
economy, according to a press release from the Ministry of Commerce.
Representatives of the Ministry of People's Power of National Commerce, gave a keynote speech entitled “Combined Use of Intellectual Property in Entrepreneurship”, which included various topics such as Intellectual Property (IP) in daily life; IP as an opportunity for entrepreneurs, and the country's program of recovery, growth and economic prosperity, emanating from the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, a plan creatively developed for overcome the effects of the criminal blockade, and that it has achieved the well-being of the people.
The activity was carried out in order to promote innovation and economic growth in the country.
