Yemen attacked Israeli targets in depth and US aircraft carriers

The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out several retaliatory attacks against two vital Israeli targets, as well as against aircraft carriers belonging to the United States (USA).

The spokesman for the Yemeni Army, Brigadier General Yahya Sari, announced on Monday that the Armed Forces launched two retaliatory drone operations against two sensitive targets in occupied Palestine.

The first operation, carried out with the domestically manufactured combat drone Yafa, was aimed at a strategic position in the city of Ashkelon, in the south of the occupied Palestinian territories.

The Armed Forces attacked an Israeli military objective in the port city of Eilat (on the Red Sea coast) using the indigenous drone 'Sammad-1' (Invincible- 1), the spokesman said.

The spokesman noted that the retaliatory attacks have been carried out in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip, in the midst of the relentless Israeli genocidal war that is now 19 months old.
