At the end of the World Congress of Anti-Fascist Youth and Students, in which delegates from 72 countries participated, they agreed on an organized struggle to defeat the maximum expression of hate that has emerged in humanity: “fascism, neofascinos and similar expressions”.

This was stated by Hamak Mohamed, spokesman for the congress, who pointed out that the declaration contemplates the commitment of more than a thousand young people “to fight, recognizing that capitalism, colonialism, racism, patriarchy, Zionism arise from the same force of hate that has the false belief of the superiority of one social group over another.”

In that vein, he pointed out that international delegates condemn the imposition of criminal and illegal unilateral measures against Peoples; the presence of NATO military bases; the expressions of discrimination promoted by fascism; the extermination of Israel against the Palestinian people.

He also proposed holding a global anti-fascist youth festival in January 2025 in Caracas and accompanying the re-elected president Maduro Maduro in his position on January 10.

“We declare that we adhere to the anti-fascist international, promote education with a horizontal approach and the creation of an anti-fascist training school based in Caracas,” he said.

For her part, the Minister of People's Power for Youth, Grecia Colmenares, stated that “this World Congress was full of debate, meeting and there are more than 500 international delegates and 500 national delegates who met in the city of Caracas, in order to specify a route of action around the anti-fascist struggle”.

She added that she was happy and satisfied with the work done. The official said “under fascism, may the free peoples of the world live advancing in the construction of a multipolar world”, while giving President Nicolás Maduro the Great Anti-Fascist Book, where young people left their ideas, poems and verses embodied in the anti-fascist struggle.
