Yulimar Rojas announces that he is making progress in recovering from his injury and thanks the blessings of Venezuelans

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Mervín Maldo Nado uploaded a photograph to his social networks accompanied by Olympic Champion Yulimar Rojas who sent a message to his fans in Venezuela.
“Our queen Yulimar Rojas asked me to convey to them that she feels very good moving forward in her recovery, she loves them all very much and sends her thanks for the many blessings of 30 million Venezuelans and peoples of the world who love her,” wrote the also Sectorial Vice President for Social and Territorial Affairs.
The Venezuelan athlete, double Olympic medalist, world record holder and seven-time world champion, is recovering from an operation after suffering an Achilles tendon injury during training.
