197 Venezuelans returned from the United States through the Great Mission Back to the Homeland

A total of 197 Venezuelan citizens arrived in the country this Wednesday from the United States as part of the repatriation operation promoted by the Gran Vuelta a la Patria Mission.

The flight carried 178 men, 14 women, four minors and one young woman. Upon arrival, they were greeted by specialized teams that provided them with medical care and guidance on personal protection.

The compatriots expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to return to their country, as part of a plan that allows them to reconnect and resume their life projects in Venezuela.

This Mission, promoted by the National Executive, responds to the requests of Venezuelans who decide to return to the country. Logistic implementation includes comprehensive assistance and institutional support.

The bodies responsible for public security are coordinating actions to ensure the transfer, reception and protection of returnees, in accordance with the protocols established for this type of operation, according to a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace.
