The Los Andes dairy company, located in Nueva Bolivia, state of Mérida, produces an average of 277 tons of pasteurized milk per month in packs of 200 ml, 900 ml and 1.8 liters, a figure that reflects the increase in its operating capacity.
The company is implementing the 7 transformations in its production area with the objective of expanding its national economic base. The product is distributed through Sovereign Field Fairs, activities organized by the state company and authorized points of sale.
The commitment of the technical team has been crucial in maintaining production rates and ensuring supply. During heat treatment, controls are applied to preserve the nutritional properties of the liquid until it is delivered to the consumer, Misión Alimentación press release reported.
Pasteurized milk can also be purchased at the Los Andes dairy store, located at the intersection of Carrera 19 and Calle 31, in Barquisimeto, state of Lara.
