42 older adults from Caracas underwent surgery for cataracts at the Hugo Chávez New Generation Mission Hospital, located in the Sucre parish of the Venezuelan capital.
This was reported by the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS) through its Instagram account, where it emphasized that the above-mentioned day is part of the National Surgical Plan being carried out in the country within the framework of the Miracle Mission.
“The activity that will be carried out for 12 continuous days in this health center is thanks to the acquisition of the 1x10 Good Governance System to provide a better quality of life to grandmothers and grandparents from different sectors of the country,” the IVSS explained in the aforementioned social network.
