85% of high school graduates registered with the SNI were assigned university space

A total of 360,333 high school graduates were registered in the National Entry System (SNI), said the Ministry of University Education, of whom 275,870, or 85.46%, have already been assigned to continue their studies

The information was provided by the ministerial body when it announced the results of applicants for university careers in a first phase of assigning study opportunities for the period 2024, which will allow young high school graduates to study at university free of charge.

With regard to the gender of the assigned high school graduates, the Ministry specified that this year, 55.33% are women and 44.67% are men, opening up a space of opportunities for everyone.

In the second phase of assignments, study opportunities will be determined for 14.54% of the percentage of pending applicants.
